Lab canceled due to weather. Project details below to keep you on track!

As you probably know, today’s lab is canceled due to adverse weather conditions. This means that Lab 6 will now take place during Friday’s session when we return from the winter break.

However, I also wanted to use today’s lab time to discuss the project, so here’s a summary of the important points you need to know:

  1. Project information

    • Everything you need to know about the project is available here. Please review the page carefully, and if you have any questions, feel free to reach out!

  2. Project groups

    • The project will be completed in pairs. If you don’t have a partner yet, please use this designated space to connect with others.

    • You can share your contact information and perhaps mention your project interests to find a suitable partner!

  3. Project proposal

    • The project proposal is due next week, which is a brief document outlining what you plan to do.

    • Detailed guidelines and a sample proposal are also provided on the project information page.

  4. Exploring project ideas

    • While thinking of what you want to do, I highly recommend checking the Previous Projects page.

    • It showcases what past ENGI 1020 students have created and might inspire your own project!

  5. Available external components

    • The project page also includes a list of external components available in the lab.

    • It’s worth reviewing them as you brainstorm ideas for your project.

I’m looking forward to see the creativity and innovation you will bring to this project!
