I fixed a typo in assignment 2.

Two students pointed out to me that there was a typo in assignment 2: the phrase "they received a grade of at least 60%" should’ve been "they received a grade of at least 40%" (as per the flowchart in Lecture 5). I’ve now fixed this typo; your attention to detail is very much appreciated!
