Midterm 2 is postponed to the backup date (March 12th).

In the course outline, you’ll see two potential dates for Midterm 2: March 11th and the backup date of March 12th. There are several reasons why March 11th is looking worse and worse:

  1. most of the class has another midterm on Friday,

  2. that midterm is likely to be postponed until Monday (according to the current 84h forecast, we might get 80cm of snow on Friday!),

  3. students have requested the delay,

  4. very few students prefer to keep the date as-is,

  5. the weather for both Monday and Tuesday looks fine (reducing the need for a backup date),

  6. the backup date is in the course outline and

  7. Monday is also the date of the ECE Open House.

Because of all these reasons, the midterm will be postponed until the backup day. So, we will see you for the midterm at 7pm on March 12th. We will use the same seating plan as last time.
